RateDatingSites was created for users to find the best dating website on the net. With trusted reviews from members that use the site regularly, you will be able to find “the one” without having to join all the sites that don’t work.
What we are asking of you is to write up an honest review touching on the 5 items that we think make a difference between a site that will work and one that will waste your time. What are those 5 things? Let’s take a look:
- Ease Of Use (easier to use = higher the rating)
I think we all want a website that is going to be easy to use, right? Are the navigation links easy to find? Can you get around with the search system? If you cannot find your way to the FAQ section or the zip code search turns up people from another state, the ease of use would be a lower rating.
- Profile Quality (more available information = higher rating)
I am not talking about the men or woman that refuse to even put their city or full out their bio with more than 2 sentences. What I mean is how much information does the profile offer to you as the person browsing. Do you get to see multiple pictures? Are their separate sections for each bit of information like hobbies, interests, political views, etc.? If you are seeing a photo and zip code with simple pull down menus for information, that would get a bad rating.
- Support (better support = higher rating)
Have you had to contact customer support? Can you find the help section AND find the answer to your question? Some help sections just take you on a wild goose chase for information that isn’t really helping you. Those would be the ones you don’t want to spend time with and would get a low rating.
- Cost (higher cost = lower rating)
We all know that we get what we pay for, but really, is what you are paying worth the service the website provides? That is what I want you to think about when rating the cost. Usually it’s a monthly cost, but sometimes you can get a lifetime membership.
- Member Search (more advanced/targeted = higher rating)
If you can get the results you are looking for, give the site a high rating. We know there are sites that can match up your zip code, but does the search allow to match other information to target your search better? Advanced search should be able to get you results you need, not results you have to filter through again.
We think all of these things are important factors when using a dating website. When you type up your review, make sure you write enough so that other users can feel confident they are going to be using the right site. When looking for the one that is right for you, make sure that you are using the right site and try not to be the guy, or girl, that has a profile on every single site. That might look a little desperate
